Are you looking for a hot stock market trading tip?
Stock market trading tips can come in a number of different
forms:
1) A hot stock market trading tip from a friend or family
member
I have also received stock tips from friends also but you and
I both know we have to be careful about whose advice we take.
You can't always take stock trading information you receive at
face value, even if it's from a friend or family member.
The most important thing to remember about a stock market
trading tip is how good the source is. If you receive a stock
market tip from someone who has consistently made money and has
the account statements to prove it then you just might want to
take a closer look at what they have to say. Personally I prefer
to do my own research rather than use tips.
I would advise you to educate yourself in order to make sound
trading decisions as well.
If you absolutely, positively have to take a stock market
trading tip from someone and your money is burning a hole in
your pocket here are a few hard and fast rules to stick to:
1) No matter how good the tips sounds and no matter how
credible the source of the tip is do not bet the farm. I will
repeat this because it is that important...Do Not Bet The Farm!
Why not bet the farm? Because even if your guru, stock
trading genius friend has never been wrong before THIS could be
the one time that he is flat wrong. Is it really worth risking
all that you've worked so hard for on a one-shot chance?
2) Make sure the source of the stock market trading tip put
their money where their mouth is. In other words, make sure they
actually use the same tips that they give you with real money.
3) Don't be rushed into making a hasty decision. Don't get
all starry-eyed and only think of how rosy your life would be
when you collect all your money from this trade. Consider the
risk involved and act accordingly.
4) Dedicate yourself to learning how to make your own sound
trading decisions. OK, so this is my personal favorite.
Take your time when considering any stock market trading tip.
Just remember that building wealth through trading is not like a
sprint it is more like a marathon. So pace yourself.
